What passport should i have for traveling to Ukraine?

All foreign citizens require a valid passport to enter Ukraine, issued within the last 10 years. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a full passport valid for at least three months beyond the intended stay having at least two blank visa- designated pages.

Do I need a visa to Ukraine?

Most nationals, including EU, UK and US citizens no longer require a visa to visit Ukraine for stays of less than 90 days.

Do i need to have an insurance for traveling to Ukraine?

It is extremely advisable to purchase accident/medical insurance with good coverage to cover any required hospitalization or sickness, as well as trip interruptions and cancellations. Contact your local Insurance company and make sure that it will be valid for Ukraine.

How to make a reservation?

The easiest way to make a reservation is to contact us by email: info@enjoy-ukraine.com
Let us know what tour you are interested in, and we will forward you a reservation form, which you will need to fill out, sign and return to us together with a copy of your passport.

Do i need to make a deposit?

From the moment we receive your completed reservation form, we will hold a pre-reservation of your tour or a place in a group tour within 2 weeks.
A deposit of $200.00 U.S per person is required to process and confirm your reservation unless otherwise specified. The balance of the payment is due 45 days prior to the date the tour starts unless otherwise specified.
Payment must be made to our bank account according to our invoice.

What are the cancellations & Refunds policy?

Cancellations must be received in writing only and will be processed according to the date when the written notice is received.
Notice by email or via phone call will not be accepted as final notice.
In your cancellation document, you should clarify the reason for canceling your tour.
‘Arrival’ is the date when the tour starts, meaning your date of arrival in Ukraine (Moldova or Belarus).
Cancellation policy:
Your money will be refunded minus the following cancellation fees per person:
– Deposit is non-refundable, but transferable to another tour or travel dates;
– 44-30 days prior to arrival: 50% of total tour cost
– 29-15 days prior to arrival: 75% of total tour cost
– 14-0 days prior to arrival: No refund
